I chose theme 2 🙂 wbu?? the exams so soon 😰

i chose 1! i think its the easiest one because its about family friends music sport etc etc... also i had a question, if i memorised like grade 8/9 paragraphs for my speaking exams, can i reuse those for writing. like do i need to do any further revision for writing then?

basically know a few phrases to ask the teacher to repeat the question/ get some time to think. eg:
- kann Sie dieses Frage wiederholen?
- nochmal bitte
- wie bitte
- Hmm Gute Frage...
- Kann ich ein Moment habe?
- Ein Moment Bitte...
- (you can even take a sip of water from your water bottle during the exam to buy yourself some time...)

a key thing to remember if you're using these is that it cuts your time short. So the teacher might've later asked a question you were confident in answering , but since you wasted time saying ein Moment or drinking water, she didn't ask you. therefore you could also say Ich bin nicht sicher and just move ob

I did my german speaking exams a few hours ago, it was easy! I chose theme 2 cuz I won't need to do a photocard about environment (my weakest topic ngl). I suggest focusing on conversation bc it worth 30/60. DEFINITELY revise your focus theme and I was lucky that the examiner asked theme 1 instead theme 3 for addition theme cuz i didn't revise theme 3 lol
