electricity, static electricity, magnetism + motor effect, electromagnetic induction
How does everyone on here revise? Paper 2 seems hard

i reckon a 6 marker on electricity practical and a 6 marker on specific heat capacity/ latent heat capacity practical

j complete past papers bcoz majority of the questions that edexcel give are ususally from previous years but worded slightly different

They've already asked those in previous papers, I doubt they'll repeat these 6 markers.

I'd recommend watching the videos on savemyexams, they explain everything so well, if you don't have savemyexams then you can find their videos on youtube

yh true maybe they can ask about alternators and dynamos or large scale energy generation using electromagnetism

Ooh those would be horrible!
I'm thinking 1 6 marker will be on the spring core practical where you add weights to the spring and all that and the other one might be probably something from magnetism and the motor effect or electromagnetic induction - this is what I think

Can anyone explain to me what the left-hand rule is, it confuses me so much

Can anyone explain to me what the left-hand rule is, it confuses me so much

Fleming's left hand rule, the thumb is the force, that means which direction the alternator/dynamo will move, the index finger is the magnetic field, these are the lines that go from north to south on a magnet, the middle finger is the current, that indicates which direction the current moves in

if the thumb is up, it moves up, if down, it moves down, magnetic field lines always go from north to south, anything else you need help in gimme a shout again
Nahhh I really beg the 6 marker is on determining the density of a solid or a liquid, that is so easy
