Which Peel Park Quarter rooms look out over the parks?

I know that this is asking a lot, but I would love to try and book a room on the outer edge of PPQ, such as the South side of Ranulf or Radclyffe, or the North of Lowry 2 or Pankhurst. My dream would be a South-facing room in Ranulf, overlooking Peel Park.

Is there any way to find out which rooms are on the outer edges of the building set?

Hello there,

I hope you are well.

The way the system works is, on the 23rd and 24th of April, if you have registered your interest in a room, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your preferred room type (bronze, silver, gold or platinum). Then you will have a list of rooms available that you can then pick from. However it would be hard for us to say which rooms look out onto peel park and which do not.

I hope this helps, if you have any other questions do not hesitate to get in touch.

How do i register interest in a room? I'd love to live in peel park and have everything prepared alongside an unconditional offer, and would really like to apply ASAP. Is there any way I could reserve a space??

Hi,

You can find information about various accommodation options in Salford and Manchester on our dedicated accommodation webpage.

In previous years, bookings for the accommodation offered in partnership with Campus Living Villages (CLV), Peel Park Quarter and John Lester and Eddie Colman Courts, have gone live in Spring. Full details about the 2025 booking process are to be confirmed, however if you have applied to study with us from September, we will keep you updated on the accommodation booking process nearer the time.

We will communicate with the email address you have provided on your application so please ensure you are monitoring the correct account.

We would encourage you to add our email address to your safe senders list and to keep an eye on your spam or junk folder just in case any communications land there.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Best wishes,

There was no list of rooms available today, a room was literally allocated with no choices.

Hello,

The original message I wrote referred to the system that we used last year. They may have used a slightly different method this year but by the sounds of it you still have a room which is amazing.

I will say the rooms themselves are all amazing whether they have the view of the park or not. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that you get the view you are after.

Either way I believe you will enjoy your time at Peel Park.

Best,
