Help urgent
Hey, I have an eye test soon and I’m a student they said I get student discount if I fill in a Hc2form but I can’t find it online, they said it’s online pls help me find it.

I beieve the HC2 is a certificate, which is issued after you complete the HC1 form.

It appears to be possible to get the fee for an NHS eye test refunded retrospectively if you have your test before you get an HC2 issued (and ditto for prescription charges).
