Help….

I got a grade 3s and 4s for my stem subject rn in year 9 and I did my revision right and no mistake at all and I used to be top student of all studen like top 5% maybe last year and this year, I f up like I know that my life is sooooo over because my school is so underperforming which mean my teacher are the worst and I don’t even know when my exam comes because my teacher don’t know and so annoying like soooo annoying.
Man… I’m so depressed rn…

you are year 9 dont worry, dont work yourself too hard, take breaks, heck go binge watch a show! make yourself a schedule and dont try to get ahead of yourself, PMT has topic based questions for every science subject, and corbett maths 5 a day helps. Remember you are year 9- dont stop living and dont give up all extra curricular in a panic just yet, do homework, re-read what youve been taught during lesson. Allow yourself to breathe and youll be fine
