Offer letter delays at the University of Hertfordshire

Hi is anyone else experiencing a delay in their offer letter being sent out? Mine has been delayed for over 3 weeks now

Are you saying that you know that an offer has been made (or will be made), but there's a delay in the university putting it in writing?
Or are you saying that they've taken three weeks now to make a decision on whether or not to make you can offer, and you're wondering what the delay is?

Hi, thank you for your response. To clarify, I’ve already been notified that I will receive an offer letter. I was told it would be sent within 2 days but then I was told there would be a minor delay however it has been over 3 weeks now. When I asked for a timeframe of when it will be sent out, I was told they can’t provide one. The main thing I am confused about is whether this is only happening to my offer letter or if this is a general issue.

Sorry about this delay. I've just spoken with the Admissions Team, who said they have an error report for all offer letters that are stuck but without your name, it's difficult to identify the issue. If you could call 01707 284800 between 1-4 (Mon-Thurs) or 1-3 (Friday), the Ask Herts team will then put you through to the specific team looking after the applications for your course.
