University choice

I got an offer for university of exeter and university of portsmouth but am in a dilemma cause i want exeter because i love the location and campus more that portsmouth but i live in the southeast (kent) so exeter is well far off and i cant find someone to drop me off to exeter ( i dont have parents) so portsmouth is closer for my friends dad to drop me off to. I mean i dont mind portsmouth but at the same time it doesnt get me what exeter does especially the support of being an estranged student as well exeter is the only one that actually had that offer for extra support what should i do?

So, a few relevant links for you are this one which contains information about early arrivals and this one which contains the information about Exeter support for estranged students. Have you asked your friends dad if they'd be willing to help move your stuff to Exeter? That would probably be my first recommendation, since they are willing too then that should hopefully mitigate a lot of the issue. If they're not, then I'd drop an email to [email protected], and they should be able to give you some advice or help with logistics for moving in.
If you like Exeter, and prefer it to Portsmouth, I'd try and explore your options before writing it off. Hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, drop me a message!

Hello thanks alot for your response! I looked intoy decision for exeter abit more deep just to be sure if am 100% and tbh i dont think i will go to exeter as much as i wanted to and not because i cant even get there (bc my friends dads car milage is abit too high to go far out) but mainly because about the lack of diversity and the racism seems to me really bad and i honestly dont wanna spend all my money and time just to end up having a really bad experience. Its abit of a conflicting topic but theres a level of racism i can handle and exetee in general doesnt seem to be it fr. So am just gonna go with portsmouth! i went to an open day and i actually really liked the place and they were so welcoming and sweet. But thank you for all the tips and advice! Much appreciated!
