my aqa textbook talks about titrating ammonia fertilisers as a practical but thats not on the spec, should i still learn it??

I think that It would be a good idea to definitely try to learn something’s about it just in case it comes up in your exam, then you will be prepared and not have to panic if a question about it does come up and you have not studied it!

It won't be as necessary as it will be similar to the titration practical in the acids and alkali topic, but just read over it to be confident if something related to it comes up!

Ammonia fertilisers aren't on the spec as a specific practical, but titrations are a required practical you need to know and often in an exam they can throw different examples at you so if there's anything you see which you didn't know about titrations specifically it's a good idea to note it down. However, you don't need to learn about ammonia fertilisers alone as they aren't on the spec and aren't mentioned in other textbooks/revision guides.
