A Level motivation

I’ve been feeling so terrible recently Abt my a level revision. I didn’t have a teacher for most of my subject and the work is really hard to catch up with. Any advice on what I should do. I have mocks coming up but virtually no idea about how to even practice or answer the questions. Any advice would be appreciated.

ah i dont do history but i also do an essay based subject. for content, i do mindmaps and , i also have a gridded table for keywords and definitions. if you dont need this maybe you could use it for key dates and events?

if youre struggling with questions and essay writing, make sure you plan. have ur structure solid before you jump in. Understand the difference between questions and what theyre asking you and whether there should be a different format in ur answer. (im assuming that each question should not be approached in a similar manner if im wrong then just ignore this hehe)

plan essays for every topic/subtopic etc and eventually substitute planning for actually writing them. email them to ur teacher to have it marked as well and you have feedback. not sure if this really helps, but all my history friends complainnnn about essay writing haha. hope someone who does history responds to this. if not try repost this under the a-level subjects section instead of motivation?

Thank you so much honestly! The advice was super helpful. It’s so content heavy that I struggle to put things in order which is what really drags me down. But I will definitely try using the techniques you’ve suggested to me. Thanks so much!
