Cardiff metropolitan uni - does booking system get overwhelmed on 1 April 2024

Omg! I thought it was just me having this issue! I’ve been worried all night. I’m currently on hold trying to phone the helpdesk. I kept getting the error message “unable to submit application” - i wonder how long this will take!

It says at midnight on the 2nd now it will be open again

Cardiff Met Halls and Housing have just said on Facebook:

“IMPORTANT
The system for applying to halls of residence is currently down. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please try again from midday on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
No applications have been taken.”

Yeah same was not fun. hopefully they sort it soon they have to do this every year you would hope by now they would have sorted it.
