Guidance regarding courses

I applied for Bsc economics and am excited to study the subject. I want to pursue a Master’s degree in financial management and wanted to know what other curriculars I should add to my résumé to be able to get admission for the master’s course. I am starting college for my bachelor’s this year.
Internships always look good on a resume, so try to secure internships at banks during spring week.

Joining Economics/ Finance Clubs on campus also look good, especially if you are in a leadership position.

Not supercurricular but taking challenging modules relating to the masters course can also be helpful as opposed to doing random modules like 'economic history' or something.

Okay, I’ll keep all these in mind.

Would you recommend a gap year after my bachelors (to do internship etc) and then do masters or straight to master?

I would recommend applying straight to masters, as honestly I don't see the point in doing an internship like that. I say this because people who do these internships do them to convert the internship into a job offer, and if you get a job you wouldn't be able to do your masters lol.

If you manage to secure a few good internships during undergrad, just go straight to masters. If you have 0, then maybe consider taking a year out.
