Incorrect Parental Details

Hi,
I have 2 sons both applying for student finance for Sept 2024. One is a new application and the other is a second year.
They haven’t entered my middle name on their account and the email links to support their applications don’t recognise me.
Is there anyway of amending this other than submitting paper forms?

If the details provided by the student don’t match with their sponsor(s) e.g., middle name has been included or excluded, the sponsor may be unable to link to the student’s application online and land on the following page: We then advise getting them to do the PFF2 form instead.
