Psychology revision alevel

Does anyone have any tips on how to have more specific revision tasks for psychology? At the moment i will focus on going through one topic at a time and blurting but it’s taking so long as by the time I reach the last one I forget the first one. I have also tried flash cards but get bored easily, I have adhd so I’m just trying to make my activities more engaging and worthwhile.

Sorry that you are not finding your revision worthwhile:frown: .
Kayleigh has been really famous with her 10 minutes revision, where you visit a topic just for 10 mins for recalling, she would definitely give you much better elaboration of it @kayleigh_t.27
@emm4nuella do you have any other ideas?

Yes the 10 min revision is definitely great for breaking down the revision into smaller chunks and continuously reviewing content so you retain it easier and for longer 🙂

Essentially you just set a timer and go through one topic for 10 minutes, so for example, one day I'd do social influence for 10 mins, then the next I'd do memory for 10 mins and so on!

Hope that helps!!

Thank you! I will definitely try this, is there any specific method you used in those ten minutes? Was it flashcards, mind maps or reading over notes?

I go over flashcards to really make sure I'm doing active recall but any other method that works for you should be good 🙂
