You'll get a choice to either REPEAT the year you have failed or be asked to leave the course.
You'll have to discuss this matter with your university course leaders and take it from there.

Depends on what, and how much, you've failed.
If it's just 1 assignment, you'll have to repeat that assignment and get 2-3 attemptes depending on the university.
If it's a placement, you often get to do another placement (often called "retrieval") to make up for this.
If it's multiple things you've failed, then you'll need to repeat te year.

Talk to the university to see what you need to repeat and when.
