University: Failed OSCE/Module. Thoughts on appeal?
Hello.
For the 2nd year OSCE we were given grid sheets which contained the essential and desirable criteria of the assessment. Essential criteria had a grey background and desirable had white which is explained on the document.
When receiving my results which were a scan of the grid sheet document. It shows I failed on component 12 (grey background, essential). However, the grid sheet we received to go by doesn’t consider competent 12 as an essential, but a desirable and therefore should not of been a critical fail?
Thoughts on appealing this?

EDIT: By failing this it leads to a referral and a retake, which is in 16 months.
