is it possible to go from a size 16 [L] to a size 12 [M] in five months?

I have been losing weight since November and went from a XXL to a XL and now soon to be a L, I have been eating enough protein and exercising four times a week by doing strength training and going to do Pilates twice a week but I'm not entirely sure if it's possible size to size in five months. Any advice or fitness would be great because I will be working at home not at the gym so… Any advice on working at home and which best fitness coaches are there on YouTube?
Clothing sizes are not an accurate way to measure anything as there is no industry standard and they vary between manufacturers. I couldn't fit into a size 22 summer blazer in M&S as it was too tight and my clothes are generally 12/14!

A sensible rate of weight loss is 2lbs/1kg a week. Use BMI as a guide to being a healthy weight for your height and age.

It's possible to go from size 16 to 12 in five months with consistent effort. Following a balanced diet and regular exercise, like the walking regimen in the article https://betterme.world/articles/walking-8-miles-calories/, can aid weight loss. However, individual results vary, so listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance. Keep motivated and track progress to stay on target!

What's a size 16 and what's a size 12?

Whilst dress sizes can be determined by shape as well as "size". Generally speaking, yes, it is, but I fear you may be focusing on the wrong metrics.
