I would focus on the ones that haven't come up yet and make sure the ones you learn can cover every question they can ask. My teacher reckons it will be absence and I don't know absence at all. I might be screwed.

Or it could be the last stave where Scrooge is really content (joy &relief)
For part b it could be Fred, generosity/ charity, greed or social class.
