hi nieve!! I’m doing chemistry this year too and I was so confused by all the calculations when my teacherwent through them in class. I focused so much of my revision on calculations for the prelim and I found theYouTube channel ‘Chemistry with Stephanie’. I started watching the videos for the calculations and shebreaks them down one by one and lays them out really neatly - it literally made it all click for me!! I ended up getting 95% for the unit 3 calculations in the prelim (lost 1 mark for rounding lol) so it definitely worked for me.

I’m so sorry I’m not sure what you’re referring to for problem solving questions because it is very late lol but if you send some examples I could try to help. In general when I read a question, I always just try to identify what part of the course the question is actually testing you on. It sounds really stupid andsimple but I find that chemistry can often get muddled in my mind and identifying the key area helps to cutout any information that isn’t useful. Good luck for your exam!! We still have loads of time to improve!!

Scared. I have a conditional offer for uni with a grade A in chemistry. So I’m really nervous
