Provisional license, need help
I submitted my online DVLA application on 12th march. I received a form by post from DVLA and I had to send my documents for identity with it. It's written there "If you don't reply within 21 days, your application for a driving license will be cancelled and you will have to make another application".
So my question is, are these 21 days starts from the day when i submitted my application or the day when i received this form?

I would imagine it's 21 days from receipt of the form if that is where the timescale was written.

probably 21 days from the date they sent the form. Just send it all asap, to make sure there is no delay.
