How do I know if I'm hired or not?

I had a job interview Thursday last week and it went ok, but the interviewer said she'd let me know what happens next before the weekend and I'm yet to have any contact with the company since Thursday when I did the interview. I'm just wondering if this means I wasn't successful or if they are still on holiday after Easter. Just wondered if anyone else was having this problem.
Also, the website doesn't tell me anything other than that I've completed the scheduled interview so the website doesn't give me anything to go on either.
