anxiety and interviews😃

got my one and only last med interview coming up. ive prepped so much but im really worried for my nerves.

Im stuck between taking herbal anxiety medicine ik works fairly okay, and being like slgihtly groggy?? i feel a little bit slower. or take nothing that day so i can think a little better but im super nervous and might risk like freezing(I PRAY THIS DOESNT HAPPEN OMG) or rambling

ive prepped alot but since im on a gap year, and i have a lot of stress of taking a second gap, having to retake and all that im just overthinking it and making my nerves worse, i just know as soon as i join the call my hearts gonna be in my mouth and my voice gonna start shaking

any idea what i should do, or any tips on being less scared for the interviews.

Before interviews I like to calm down by drinking water or eating chocolate or something like that, If you feel the anxiety is really bad then I would advise on taking your medicine.

Whenever I have an interview (I'm really bad at social interactions), I just try and smile and ask questions to make me seem interested, sometimes I have hardly said anything but have still managed to get a place because my grades and experience was good. But often you just have to act sort of unlike yourself (if that makes sense) put up a facade.

You mentioned a call so getting something in your hands to fiddle with really helps as well because for me it calms my nerves more
