Many thanks for your comprehensive reply. I have listed Garden, College and International in order of preference. I have also put a deposit on a room with IQ Highbury (outside contract) as an insurance. Hopefully I will get Garden as I really liked the place and vibe although it’s the only hall where I could get a viewing besides IQ Highbury
