Try a smaller one? It can be a gradual process, you don't have to jump from 1 finger to something penis-sized in one go.

I've known a few women with similar anatomy. They have all worked it out over time, on their own or with some kind and gentle help. I'm no doctor, though, so it's worth a consult with your care provider. In the meantime, be gentle with yourself and do what feels good. Start small!
