Is it recorded on the police log/system? Saved?

I went on the police live chat to write and submit two things to update a log

The officer said it's already previously been recorded

HOWEVER, is that conversation on the system? Is it saved on the system the last conversation? The things may not have been logged, but is the conversation saved on the system? Someone said everything is on the system

If they said it's recorded, then it's clearly recorded?
Ask the police.

Is whatever on the conversation, on the system? It may not be logged

I am paranoid that I wish to tell the police I've done no wrong and put that on the log.

Why does that need to be on the record? Isn’t that the assumption unless they have evidence to the contrary?

I did write two things on there, was not logged, however I'm not sure if the conversations are saved, on the system.

Is there an incident number? Can you not just email them to confirm?

IT SHOULD be, but in this World it isn't. Police are a law unto themselves.

I would say that EVERYTHING is recorded . You will NEVER sway anything either direction simply by having it on "the system". It comes down to facts, pure facts. And the more you "dig" you simply can end up making the "hole" "bigger". Sometimes things are best left to die off naturally and quietly, if you keep raising "the matter" it may simply make them more inquisitive.
The best advice I heard, given by a Police Officer (or ex) was not to say ANYTHING to the Police. Simply say "no Comment". The worst thing anyone can do is speak to them because ,and this is my interpretation ,(..anything you say with will be twisted and used against you...". Say nothing and they've got nothing to twist.
