Tired of feeling *****y with chronic symptoms for the last month

(long story short I am not able to get to or even physically go to a doctor due to parental restrictions):

Any ideas why I would have these symptoms for almost every day on and off high and low for the past month and a half?
Symptoms: pounding headache, lower back ache spreading down to the knees, nausea, vomiting, sharp lower left and right abdominal pain and/or in middle where menstrual cramps would be, regular bad ♀️ cramps, 1 & ½ weeks in between period, heavy bleeding, lightheadedness, insomnia, weight loss, loss of appetite, hair loss, along with a random blackout?

All opinions are greatly appreciated!
i can almost 100% emphise with not being able to go to see doctors bc of parents, but like honeslty you kinda need to see someone is it worth going to your school/college counciller prehaps? if u take this route then your parents will be kinda forced into getting help for you...

They always thought anytime I threw up I am faking, and I got in trouble and yelled at, same goes for now, they physically aren't taking or allowing me to go. Maybe it's just my new normal.😅

You definitely need to see a doctor. Your parents preventing you from seeing one is a SERIOUS safeguarding concern. As another poster has said, speak to safeguarding team/counsellor at school.

I had very similar physical symptoms and eventually I discovered it was a reaction to mould exposure. I’d had my bathroom redone a few years before and the builders had skimped on materials, using non-water resistant plasterboard, instead of the expensive stuff, which got wet under tiles and everything was black underneath it. None of this was visible, so I had no clue. My GP kept diagnosing depression..which I knew it wasn’t.
A nurse friend had a gut feeling about my bathroom, so we took a chance and ripped the expensively tiled wall and shower down. Absolutely black. Even now, if I’m anywhere near mould, I get period pains and start to bleed etc.

Of course I’m not suggesting this is the reason for your symptoms, just that sometimes, you don’t get an instant, obvious diagnosis with menstrual problems. Mine stopped pretty much straight away when I fixed my bathroom.

Do insist on referrals to specialists if you’re not getting anywhere. There are nurses and midwives on here who give good advice.

don’t give in! this is a serious concern! could they really argue if this happens during school? are they going to actually look you in the eye after you pass out/ throw up and say you faked that? that goes without saying don’t try make it happen in school just maybe make a bigger deal out of it, if you don’t mind me asking what year your in??
