Cardiff University Accommodation - May Tendency Takeover
I’m looking for a tenant to take over my contract with unite students
I’m currently renting a premium en-suite room at Clodien House, Cardiff, CF14 3NS
The room is fully furnished with a shower, toilet, sink, 3/4 bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and adequate storage with multiple shelves and drawers (all bills included)
Fitted with a multifunctional kitchen and living space shared with 3 other flatmates: 2 medics and, 1 chemist
Included in the accommodation is a laundry room, outdoor courtyard, bicycle racks and a social space equipped with a PlayStation
Dates from May 3rd (or later) - July 3rd (End of contract)
Located 20 minutes from Cardiff University and 5 minutes from Heath Campus
The final instalment will be paid on May 1st for £1250,
so I'm looking for a payment just below this figure
