Offer on applicant portal but no email or self service details received?

Hello,
I was made an offer of admission via an update on the applicant portal, but it's been a few days and I have not received an offer via email or any self service log in details. Has anyone experienced similar?
What timeline did you receive your offer email / self-service details? My applicant portal says to check the self-service for offer details but I cannot access this!

Hey I'm in the same situation. I have dropped an email to PAO but I'm guessing it will take them a few days to respond. Please do let me know if managed to get the offer email, I shall do too.

My portal just changed to 'A college has offered you membership'. But I don't know which college as I still have no self service log in details! I've emailed PAO now but not sure when they will reply..

Did you make an open choice? Or did you rank your options? Sounds stressful.
