Extenuating circumstances uni application

I’m in year 12 and I want to apply for medicine this year. However my GCSEs grades aren’t the strongest. Would my circumstances be accepted for extenuating circumstances as I live in a 2 bedroom house with 7 people living in it which is difficult to study in as it is overcrowded,I had MRSA which caused a huge lump to form on my face which was painful and made me not want to go outside because of how it looked and my Great uncle passed away during February last year all these impacted me a lot and I don’t want my gcse grades to overshadow my potential as applicant. Can someone please give me advice? I really want to medicine and I don’t want what happened last year to impact my chances this year. Thank you

They definitely could be added to the extenuating circumstances form, but I do not know how universities consider the information given. I would recommend putting them on your application though.

Thank you for replying. Do you think about my home circumstances would make universities be flexible upon my GCSEs?
