how easy is it to get a D in aqa a level physics?

so i am doing a degree apprenticeship and they are asking me for 120 ucas points. BTW i am planning this as a worst case scenario. I can easily get an A A in maths and comp sci but need a D in physics. How hard is this to get?

If you can easily get an A in Maths, then a D in Physics will be like breathing for you as long as you put in the work and effort, just like you've done for maths/comp-sci 🙂

Also, don't plan worse-case scenario as "oh, i can get in with a D", at least tell yourself "I can get a B/C". Don't put your mindset into the lowest grade you can get without actually failing the subject.

I believe you can do this and you should too... Good luck 💪🧠

alr tysm for the help, so there is around 6 weeks till my physics exam, i have finished all the revision for maths/comp sci so can focus on physics. For year 1, i am ok with most of it apart from diffraction gratings and electricity. But for year 2 i had a really bad teacher who didnt teach so i need to learn all the content from year 2. is this possible and do i have enough time? im stressed lol

When I say I relate I mean I RELATE. Got weaknesses with diffraction gratings and elec and year 2 had a terrible teacher and had to learn most of the content myself.
What spec do you do for Phys? I do OCR A
Have you done anything of Year 2? 6 weeks to learn it all from scratch is a lot, I won't lie...but if you need a D, then I believe you can get it, in fact I think you'll get at least a C if not a B if you study well for the next 6 weeks - but remember, don't skip out revision for your other subjects.

ah okay, yes, you can do it, you got time, not a lot but enough. Altho you've finished maths/comp.s don't focus solely on Physics, do practice/past papers on your other subjects every so often too
