Nissan Assessment Centre

Did the Nissan Assessment centre for the grad scheme a few weeks ago. I think they said 4 week wait but its making me anxious anyone else in the same boat/did it last year who can let me know if this is normal. Like should I know by now? And do they let you know if you've passed/failed

I attended Nissan assessment for their grad scheme (In Nissan Sunderland) about 7 years ago (so take my experience with a grain of salt).
Back then I've gotten a phone call same day with the verbal offer, which I declined since I'd also received other offers which I preferred. So I'd say either they are particularly slow this time around, they have put your application on hold (as a plan B) while they wait for other preferred candidates to accept the offers, or they are simply ghosting.
In either case, don't hesitate to send them an email asking for feedback.

As someone who now hires STEM students for internships and grad roles, I make my decision same day unless I need to wait for someone else's opinion (another manager in a different department) or I'm still interviewing candidates. The longest I ever kept a candidate wait was 2 weeks after the interview.

I wish you all the best,
Al

Actually would you be offended as someone who recruits grads if I messaged to confirm the timeline?

Absolutely not. I don't see why anyone should get offended by it, but if they did then consider that you have dodged a bullet.
