Emojis split up on react and showthread 2 (ancient bug)

Yep good point. These are some example emojis that will display incorrectly, as you pointed out, in case anyone can't see those links:
Example emojis that do this are:
Face in clouds 😶*🌫️
Woman technologist 👩*💻
Woman singer 👩*🎤
Woman facepalm🤦*♀️

Many of the others display incorrectly as well (some of the flags I think for example but I not going to check this).

Thanks 🙂 Yes, there will be others too I just wanted to include some examples for reference so we can see the issue when we come back to it. There are some emojis that are actually two emojis combined together and I think it is these that we don't currently support and display properly (but I might be wrong!).
