Missing statement of intentions

I'm doing my drama GCSE and I missed my deadline for statement of intentions by 3 hours because my internet was not working and I didn't know it wasn't sent through, as I thought it had been delivered. It was a stupid mistake and I should if checked. The statement of intentions is a small document describing your price for company 3, it is not marked but it's needed for the examiner to grade out performance. I am incredibly worried that I will be failed, or won't be able to take this part of the exam as it is worth 20%. Please, please let me know if I will be, if you ever did anything like this or if there is anything I can do as i'm really scared.
