SFE error message

I am a parent trying to provide supporting income details to my son at Uni…
I keep getting the following message even though the system seems to have linked our accounts…My son had a confirmatory email saying his application had been received. He’s going into year 3 In September.
”Your personal details do not match what the student provided us with in their application. Check if you are using the correct account." I am sure no mistakes have been made…

If the details provided by the student don’t match with their sponsor(s) e.g., middle name has been included or excluded, the sponsor may be unable to link to the student’s application online and land on the following page: We then advise getting them to do the PFF2 form instead. Thanks Jason…I downloaded the PDF and intend to complete it by pen and post it….I assume that’s OK ?
