Why am I so unmotivated?

The past couple of days I’ve gotten 5-8 hours of revision done a day and I’ve felt so good about it and so motivated. I’ve woken up this morning feeling unmotivated and down in the dumps. I always go through ups and downs when revising, one week I can’t do anything and the next week I feel like I can do everything. I’ve been able to keep the stress under control while being motivated but when it comes to days that I can’t do anything I feel so overwhelmed and anxious. Why is this? Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?

I feel you, I always have days where I am more motivated and other days when I am not. On the days you are not motivated, just relax, make sure you take regular breaks, and do things you enjoy throughout the week. Your body usually needs a change in mindset and environment sometimes, so maybe a different study environment if you're tight on schedule - that's what works for me

Glad to know it’s not just me, I feel like everyone around me are just robots and can keep going and going so I feel bad for not being able to do that :/ I’ll definitely try studying somewhere else and see if that helps, thank you
