Architectural Engineering

Hello Everyone, I'm an Y12 A level student doing maths, chem, Phys and further maths. I want to do architectural engineering but I want to drop either chem or further maths. I know I should drop chem but I personally find it easier compared to other subjects I am doing (haven't covered y13 content yet) but I also haven't started further maths and heard it is much harder than the other a levels. Can someone help me and give some opinions before I make decision.

Thank you

Mostly all say maths. So should I keep chem and drop further maths or do the opposite?
Also Thank you

It honestly doesn’t matter.

All civil engineering courses or architectural engineering don’t have a preference to whether they take further maths. And they would probably see chemistry and further maths as equally desirable. Look at imperials website (best uni for engineering), they only require an A* in maths and an A/A* in physics; they don’t care about what th 3rd a level is in (they would prefer an another stem subject tho probs).

But, If you are thinking of applying to Cambridge or Oxford then drop chemistry (because it’s a general engineering course at first they prefer FM).
