Not letting my mum support evidence

Hi, my mum supported my student finance application last year - there were no problems. This year I have tried applying again for the next academic year and my mums been having issues supporting my application through her SFE account. Whenever she goes to try and support my account it comes up with a message stating that the details do not match?

If the details provided by the student don’t match with their sponsor(s) e.g., middle name has been included or excluded, the sponsor may be unable to link to the student’s application online and land on the following page: We then advise getting them to do the PFF2 form instead. This can be digitally uploaded onto your account or her account and updates in an estimated 15 working days:
