There's no private accommodation, for various reasons, including the fact that you need to learn to work in a team.
it's doubtful you'd be allowed to join for medical reasons. Only way to find out us to apply, though.

Not good advice, as the admin office wouldn't discuss topics like that with someone other than the individual concerned.
