Mbda assessment center

Ik its early days but has anyone heard back from the mbda assessment center ? I did mine last Thurs and wondered if anyone heard anything back

What was the structure of the assessment centre?

Yep i got a call 2 weeks exactly from the day i did the ac and was successful luckily, basically there was an ince breaker with all the successful ac students, then there was a q&a with some of the current workers and apprentices, then the group task came and then after the second group task followed in which you had to independently assess how you think you and your group did and lastly was the final interview

Hi, Could you let me know what type of tasks they gave to you during the team based exercise, and how you would approach the tasks. (It is my first ever assessment center). Thank you!

From what i rmb: first was a group task, they had you read about a product and there were pros and cons of the product and you had to come up with ways to improve and streamline the product so it was as productive and fit for purpose as possible (i think in my case it was a customer enquiry service that wasnt very well Designed), the loudest and most dominant person isnt always the one to get on because there was one person in particular who took control and didnt get an offer. Just ensure youre respectful of other peoples ideas, build onto them, compliment peoples ideas, make yourself appear as friendly as possible and make sure to smile. There wasnt a time keeper for mine so you dont have to worry about that role.
The next part was an individual interview where they asked you all the basic interview questions but some more probing than others so make sure you have a variety of different things you could talk about yourself like your strengths, weaknesses (like being too ambitious, dont have a really negative weakness), times where you had to ask for help etc. Etc. I dont really remember the exact questions unfortunately, but overall just make yourself seem like someone who people would want to work with and also someone whos willing to grow, learn and put in the effort!
