Pasta dishes idea

Just made a lovely pasta bake.for lunch. Wondering how people make it with a twist/interesting?
Spaghetti with a creamy garlic mushroom sauce! a good recipe because you need just a few ingridients for a good taste

Send you a video to see how it is cooked. If you don't mind.

Dice some bacon. Fry in a frying pan whilst you boil your pasta in a separate pan.
Now grate about half a pack of parmesan or similar cheese finely and add two or three eggs. Three is good for four people. If you have it, add a good dollop of crème fraiche and mix together.
When you bacon is golden, add a good couple handfuls of frozen peas and a splash of the pasta water and scrape the flavour off the bottom of the pan as the peas cook. When they are defrosted and tender, take your pan off the heat and leave to cool for a minute then add the cheese / egg / cream mix and keep stirring until it goes silky.
Drain your pasta and leave to steam and cool down a bit and then add to your sauce. Be careful not to add the pasta if it is too hot or you will scramble the eggs and ruin the dish.

Enjoy!

And don't forget a classic Spaghetti dish: Carbonara. Not so easy to cook, but it is a worthy effort. Give it a go too.
