why is my student finance account not updated on the date I have scheduled the update?

I do not know. My account student finance says "Next expected update: April 1st to April 5th"
What does it mean? Will they contact me, or will my application process change (update)? I called there on Wednesday and was told that all the documents are ok . My application is currently being processed so it is written in my account So what would mean for me another expected update thank you

Hi there,

With the estimated date it is subject to change, it can also be done at any point during the day as there is no specific time completion.

So if today is the last day when there should be an update in my account, is it possible that there will be no update?
