Not working towards passion

I am in huge dilemma since a year ,I am HR graduate but from different country not from here thought to do CIPD but it is very expensive there are cheaper options available to do CIPD like Avado learning but I don't know if they are credible and companies will consider it valid enough to hire me , I can't relocate or drive But I am desperate to work towards the field in which I have done degree in tried all platforms but did't get the job as iam NOT EXPERIENCE ENOUGH it has taken a toll on my mental health 😔
