uni of leeds automated email response

i guess this is kind of a rant!

i emailed admissions for the department of the subjects i'm applying to and they gave me an automated response (which they pasted wrong. it was missing a letter at the start) which restated what i already said i knew in my previous email.

i sent another email just now, hopefully i'll get a person responding and an actually useful response :frown:

Unfortunately it is easily done, (answering what you think the person is asking). Enquiries folk can get thousands of emails a week so there is a real rush to reply.

Hopefully you get a more productive reponse on your second attempt.
