Probably not 8 days :frown:

I mean unless your body is built that way. Do you sleep enough? Drink enough water and make sure to eat enough vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients. Lessen screen time and spend some time everyday outdoors and looking around. (Not at Ur screen or a book, just go observe your surroundings)

I've heard things like retinoids can help. General skincare advice -- wear sunscreen no matter what the weather is like.
Avoid rubbing your eyes and irritating the skin around it.

😭 I hope it goes away. Do check for deficiencies as well, but I'm not expert so I can't say for certain! 😕 Maybe try limit Screentime for a week and see how that turns out.

I reckon if you drink a bit more water and reduce time on the screen you should be fine  Maybe try a multivitamin too

Did you do a blood test lately? I would start there probably. It is possible that you don'y have enough vitamins or supplements and that's how your body reacts on that. When you actually do it, make sure you check Canadian Pharmacy Partnership and read carefully all the information about meds you are going to take.
