Have you talked about this with your fellow students nurses as you supposed to help one another if you are stuck with things.
Also if you are not sure about anything then discuss this with your course leader or perhaps your placement supervisor ( if you are on placement).

Here's a few examples.......
What is episode of care in nursing.....
An episode of care (EOC) in primary health care (PHC) is defined as a health problem needing testing, diagnosis, care, or follow-up from its first presentation by the patient to a family doctor, nurse, or acute policlinic until completion of the last health care (HC) contact related to it

Episodes of Care are holistic assessments which enable the student to demonstrate progression across a number of platforms and must be achieved by the end of the Part. Effective communication and relationship management skills underpin all aspects of care. This assessment must be completed by a Practice Assessor.

If you're looking at episodes of care to reflect on, then it's going to be looking at things like an interaction you've had. That could be something like changing a dressing, delivering personal care, going through an assessment process with a patient and such. Have a chat with other students, your PS/PA or your academic assessor, they'll be able to give you pointers on what other students have explored for their reflections.
