How to get a driving test cancellation date

Now the real question here is.... AIBU? But see, I have a date booked in Farnborough for 1st July, and I have booked all my driving lessons, about 40 hours up to the 3rd of June. Myself and my new instructor would like to move my test date earlier to something more suitable around this time but even on Monday mornings at 6am, I never seem to find anything that I can actually use, infact I get there at 6am sharp and find myself in a very long queue before I can look at anything. I know that it is not guaranteed and driving tests are now becoming a thing where you get today, tomorrow you miss, especially after all the recent events such as COVID-19 and examiner strikes. However, there are some days I sign in and find many slots on quite literally a random Tuesday (like I looked for Chertsey on one occasion and found about 10 slots for the next two weeks) so I am in a bit of a precarious situation here. I have also got a cancellation app on my phone called 'Driving Test Now' and alertsme, but I am considering using a more professional and expensive service in order to get the right date for me.
Please advise me on how to best approach this

I used BDS to book my test, but it was expensive to do it with them. The price was around £120 when I paid for it last year.

Don't know if your budget allows it, but it's worth considering and see what they can sort out.
