Still waiting on Bristol but got Sheffield offer, should I just withdraw atp so I don't miss out on good acomm

You don`t need to worry too much about accom as they release it in batches every so often so people waiting to hear back from other unis don`t miss out.

Up to you. Have you got other offers as well? If sheffield your top choice and you have a backup to insure then no harm in withdrawing from Bristol. If you have no other offers except Sheffield, then probably hold on until the Bristol decision.

No, you should still be able to book some as they have quite a lot available at the moment. Are you going through muse?

I keep getting an error message, so I'm not sure what to do. I might email the accom support later.

The only thing it might be is that its too soon after you firmed sheff but it should take up to 3 days. But if not emailing is probably the best bet.

I also keep getting Login error to StarRez portal, its been 72hrs since I firmed but idk if i should wait longer or if im doing it wrong?? I’ve emailed the uni but they havent responded just yet so hopefully it works soon😭

Same here. But instead of email, used chat option on the website accomodation area. The accomodation officer responded immediately and she was very helpful. Adviced to wait a day or two but hopefully should start working soon. She checked with UCAS number.

when you get a starez log in error, there is a link beneath saying click here if log in error. it will take you to a staff log in page. There is a chat option at right lower corner of screen. If you click student log in at the bottom, it comes back to same staff log in page
