Up.

I defy anyone not to cry during the opening sequence.
One Day. The recent "One Day" on Netflix. A very nice love story and weepy for many.

For a good cry, consider "The Fault in Our Stars," "Atonement," or "Schindler's List." These films evoke deep emotions and offer powerful storytelling. Remember to have tissues nearby!
Any films (Full movie English subtitles) on YouTube
"Here We Are" is on iPlayer. Infact a lot of good films on iPlayer. Very moving "Here We Are" as is about an autistic son and his Father running off/fleeing from the special home the son is meant to be going to.
