Serious question

I’m doing revision pretty much everyday for my GXSE’s, I’m doing past papers going over topics I don’t know but part of me feels like I don’t know anything and I’m getting scared. I do have ADHD so that might not help, I don’t know how to trick my brain into thinking this is all interesting. Thank you

Maybe try to make it aesthetic? It worked for me. Making my notes pretty and making nice timetables etc to make it just seem like I’m on Pinterest. Also make your work environment nice, like light a candle or something.

i wish i could help you, but im struggling with the exact same thing! i also have adhd, and im still trying to kickstart myself into full study mode. i do have some study tips tho, if u lmk what subjects you're doing, maybe i could help
I don’t know if this will be if any help, but I usually try and listen to music to help me to study - it keeps my brains stimulated and and helps w/ concentration. I’d also recommend using studying methods/sites that allows you to interact with it. I personally use Seneca as it teaches you the stuff you need to know and quizzes you on the way! As a fellow neurodivergent person, please keep your head up and find what works for you. You’ve got this! :h: <3
