Advice for which uni to place as insurance please

I've received all of my offers now but I'm really struggling to decide which to insure.
My offers are:
Cambridge (languages) - firming this one
Bath (languages)
Durham (English literature)
Exeter (Languages)
I'm really hoping that I get my predicted grades but if I don't, I have no clue which uni I'd rather go to. Bath and Durham seem pretty equal to me and I love both of their courses so does anyone have any advice?

Are your predictions and the uni requirements much of a factor?

if you like languages the most then obviously Bath.

The thing is, I don't know which I prefer. I applied to both thinking that by now I would have an opinion but I still don't lmao
