Buckingham medicine 2025 queries

Hi I just found out that I have been accepted into Buckingham medicine and I have some questions.
1) How many students are in one classroom?
2)Do you have to repeat a year if you fail some exams during the course?
3)Because the school is 4.5 years does it cause any problems when applying for the foundation programme as its a shorter course?
4)Do students prefer to stay in the school accommodation or rent their own houses?
Thank you so much for your time

1) How many students are in one classroom? The whole cohort is together for lectures, then splits off for group work. Groups are ~10 or so people, generally with a few groups in the same room. They do lectures on Teams since there are two campuses, but starting next year they are closing Crewe for incoming students - so I don't know if they will continue with Teams or not.

2)Do you have to repeat a year if you fail some exams during the course? If you don't get the necessary score in one exam, you have to take the "qualifying exam" at the end of the year. If you still don't get the necessary score, you are generally kicked out. Occasionally they will grant people the ability to repeat if they have mitigating circumstances.

3)Because the school is 4.5 years does it cause any problems when applying for the foundation programme as its a shorter course? No. As the program starts in January, we finish at the same time of year as other unis.

4)Do students prefer to stay in the school accommodation or rent their own houses? Most med students stay on campus the first year or two.
